Pine State Services was excellent. I had to call them on a Sunday for an emergency. They responded very quickly and let me know that I could wait till Monday. They had a tech at my house by 8:30am Monday morning and the issue was solved by 11:30am. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly laid out all my options.
We had used them 5 years earlier and the experience was great. So, we knew who to call. We even got the same tech that we got 5 years ago. The on sight and after hours support were just outstanding.
