I have used Mr. Rooter three times in the past year, to replace a sump pump, water heater and ice maker line. The service has been excellent. The technician was thoroughly knowledgeable and helpful. Each time, he fixed the problem on the same day he first viewed it. Most service firms visit initially to diagnose, then return days later to permanently fix the problem. Not these guys. I find the such same day evaluation and solutioning to be a big time saver.
