We bought a motor home 2 years ago from LaMesa RV. Have had it serviced at LaMesa a few times, very frustrating to deal with. Went to Premier for a minor repair a year ago and they did great work. Was getting ready for a cross country trip and needed a warranty job done before it, LaMesa put me in their "que" to get $@!#% done but very unresponsive. Took it to Kyle at Premier, he had the parts ordered within 24 hours and when they came in he got me in right away to get it taken care of, decided to have him do all the other services I wanted to do before driving 5400 miles, no problem. He and his team did a tremendous job on meeting our needs but also did a great job in servicing our motor home. Premier will be our sole provider now of services.
