The inspector, Glen, came out to check on what needed to be done about removing 2 bird nests from the front of my home as well as the work needed to prevent any more birds nesting on the decorative eave brackets in front our out home. He was professional, courteous and went out of his way to make sure that the work could be done and if not, he would help find another company that could. In the end, he let me know they could do the work and we scheduled an appointment a few days later. As scheduled, the technician, Luke, arrived on time and went over once again what would be done. He went right to work and removed the nests and sanitized the area they were removed from. He then spray painted some screening to match the decorative brackets and added it to both sides of both brackets and sealed any openings. He was very professional and polite and did the work perfectly. I inspected the finished work and was extremely satisfied with how well it looked and how well the screening blended in. You could hardly tell where the screening was added.
