Horizon Pest Control is very professional and thorough. What they what they say is what they do, and it works. I can't imagine having better service. They give notification of appointments and they are very thorough about contacting you, so you are aware of what they do and when.

When they arrive, it could be one of three service people in the area. They know where everything is supposed to be and it's not like a relearning session. They are very nice, polite and easy to deal with; and they always tell us that if we see something to give them a call and they'll respond.

We've had just a couple of occasions when we thought there would be a problem, but they explained what was going on. They cover all the bases and are careful to let you know what to do or not with pets and other considerations. I've used them for about 10 years and I have recommended them to others.
