When I took over the business from a partner, I knew very little about Magento, and still do. I know the basics about how to keep my site fresh looking and uploading new products, etc. But when it comes to patches, or other problems, I haven't a clue. These guys are so awesome! They fix everything. I have never had my site down in 4 years. Trust me they are worth every penny. Their support team seem like family to me!
