Having very little technical knowledge I am on a steep learning curve. Nexcess support staff have been there every step of the way. Calm when I'm not. Patient when I'm in a fluster. Never once have I been made to feel stupid. I love that there isn't a shuffling off to ask someone else. The technicians know their stuff! They are patient and personable. Usually I'm contacting at some crazy time for them. I'm always treated with patience, understanding and kindness. I'm learning more every time I interact. Thank you so much. You are terrific.
