I'm writing a rave review about one of Nexcess' many stellar support staff. I had the fortune of connecting to Marvelous Max, as he calls himself, two nights after 9PM when I was struggling to figure out what was wrong with my Magento 2.0 e-commerce site. The credit card processing was not going through for customers during christmas rush hours. After spending many hours with developers and other techies, Max figured both instances out within minutes. But more than that, it was his confidence and even-temper which made me know I was in good hands (I was overtired and frustrated - but Max demeanor instantly made me know he was the man to fix the problem). With both instances the was able to help, suggest possible solutions and/or fix the problem. He also explained things so I knew exactly what was going wrong and eased my mind that it was easily fixable. It was the education he gave me about the bug and/or problem that was most favorable. Imagine my good fortune when I got him again a week later with another problem we were having with an install. Again, he came to the rescue after many frustrating hours. And he went beyond his duty by offering to fix a few other things that he thought may cause problems in the near future. Tremendous. Thanks Marvelous Max and thanks Nexcess. For 3 years you have been dependable, trustworthy and always always available. Give Max a boost! sa
