Marvelous Max is always a pleasure to work with. I have never dealt with someone so friendly and knowledgeable. He is always happy to help, happy to explain how or why something happened and also teaches how to prevent issues in the future. As much as I do not like having web issues, I always look forward to being able to work with him, if I were Nexcess, I would never let an employee like him go.
