Customer Service is amazing!!!!
When we launched our first e-commerce website in 2010, we were on Bluehost. Every time we had technical challenges, Bluehost was just not able to help us. We are a small and growing business and we build and maintain our own website. We attended IRCE and met Nexcess and migrated our website in 2015. The technical support has been able to handle EVERY technical challenge we had since then. I felt so bad about asking so many questions to their support, I even sent them Pizza. They have been truly amazing every step of the way. Since then, we have launched 2 more e-commerce websites and building our business with more on the way. I cannot thank Nexcess enough for all of the help and support.
