Beyond what we paid for
Props to Matthew Jenkins, going significantly above what we expected, when we were lost he found the error for us, but realizing we didn't know how to fix it he helped repair our database from damage of an attempted install of some bad software, when we couldn't just rollback without loosing much more. Just before we were rolling out our new Magento2 version of everything. This company is all about support to us, the techs don't try to sell you things, they're serious knowledgable techs, I've had to ask for a lot of help and nobody has ever tried to upsell things, so when we hit a point we do need to upgrade anything I actually would trust their opinions. Tech support is always hard and easy to get frustrated when you don't know what's wrong, give these guys a chance, other than the occasional "is this what you mean?" clarification emails they've never failed us. We'll be staying with Nexcess 100% for the support guys.
