So happy to have heard about Dr. Mayland and Cross River Animal Hospital! He and his staff are wonderful. After going to 2 local vets and receiving the same news, learning of them was a true blessing. I had been told that my little 7lb. adorable Maltese, Charlie would need extensive dental work and possibly up to 3hrs under anesthesia, not to mention the unbelievable cost. The 1 hour drive to Cross River was more than worth it. We were welcomed from the start by the courteous and knowledgeable staff. Charlie was treated like a little King! He received a complete dental cleaning, no anesthesia, in about 30 minutes for $150.00. Dr Mayland took time with me to explain the procedure, give Charlie a delicious holistic diet and so many great recommendations for his general care. We all love our pets, and I would strongly recommend Dr Mayland and Cross River to everyone - It's a ride for me that I know I'll be making many more times. P.S. Charlie loves his pearly white teeth!
