I had two appointments last year. On both occasions I stood at the front desk for several minutes waiting to be served while the receptionist talked on the phone. She was always on the phone. I felt like I had interrupted her plans. She was rude and dismissive. Then the doctor experience was bizarre. I saw three doctors in two appointments. One left, then he came back to the practice. The doctor I preferred couldn't perform surgery even though he gave me great advice and was most helpful. It was overall an unsettling experience from beginning to end. I had my cataract surgery performed elsewhere with great results. My advice to prospective patients is "shop around". There are big differences in offices and doctors.
