I hate going to get my oil changed. It always feels like I pressure sales. I just want the basic oil change, not special oil, windshield wipers. I just don't need that stuff. I went into this valvoline and they were great. I told them what I wanted and finished by saying "thats it... don't try to up sell me" They realized that I was not the person they were going to sell things to and did an oil change and I was on my way. They were very polite and the work environment made me know that they enjoyed their jobs. I would recomend them again.
