I have had nothing but great and exceptional above-star rating assistance! Carmen and Alejandra have really helped me a lot as I have gone through a lot of financial issues and setbacks. They helped me get through it. They worked with me, especially with the coronavirus pandemic causing so many financial issues. I truly appreciated what they did and are continually doing for me helping me keep a roof over my head and not become a victim to homelessness due to the pandemic coronavirus as i struggle to get through the pandemic with causing me financial issues due to low hours at work. Worrying about becoming evicted has been lessened due to Carmen. She could of evicted me and followed normal hotel motel innkeeper laws forcing me out to literally have me living in my vehicle in the street but she has been working with me to ensure this does not happen. It gives me great relief and pride to know i have such an exceptional wonderful manager looking out for me and caring for my need to maintain a place to live to avoid becoming literally homeless in these trying times.
