One example: I CHANGED my lengthy itinerary MID TRIP due to the availability of an extra week diving in Chuuk, which necessitated A COMPLETE REPLACEMENT of Air, Hotel and Dive reservations, and agent Lauri Compher was able to get all the changes done via e-mail at the last minute so I had NO PROBLEMS or delays (I have no GSM phone so had to email from shore in Chuuk!).

I'm traveling to Indonesia mid May to mid June and agent Teri Huber was able to find an dovetail a new live aboard dive trip perfectly with a trip I had previously arranged with a completely independent group!
