I have spent over 1000.00 on drapery from HPD. The last 4 panels I purchased were linen and had flaws and snags throughout. It took pictures and finally a dispute through Paypal to get a refund! Very rude customer service ! I had to send over 20 emails to receive a refund and had to pay return shipping! Nightmare!
