Horrendous customer service and extremely low quality product.
I ordered velvet draperies from this company and received horrible Walmart quality microsuede fabric that did not at all resemble velvet. When I went to return them, the shipping was $90 and I was told they were not at all responsible for misrepresenting their product because they state the fabric is polyester. I have ordered plenty of polyester velvet draperies for my store and never once have I seen anything like this.
They have treated me like an idiot, they have answered none of my questions and they refuse to take responsibility for their duplicitous listing. Had I of known these $1000 draperies looked and felt nothing like velvet, I would never have ordered them. To add insult to injury the representative I spoke to hung up on me and after leaving honest reviews on social media, I have been blocked.
Shameful company, garbage products.
