I ordered 8 pairs of drapes for my main floor and they are beautiful. I was able to get free shipping, ordering was fairly flawless and the price was good.

The problem came in when I realized the curtains were too short and needed to return or exchange them. It took me days to get someone on the phone to figure out how to do that. They very rarely answer the phone so if you like telephone contact this is not the company for you. Once I finally got someone on the phone I was able to get the instructions for returning my item and ordering longer panels. Again, this new order went smoothly.

In returning my shipment I had to pay the return fees myself which were pretty hefty (over $60 for 8 panels with insurance) and I realized the complexity of going with a company you can't return for free. To make matter worse it has been over three weeks and I still haven't received my refund on my return! They received the return three weeks ago! It again took me days to get someone on the phone to confirm the return shipment was received. They told me they usually credit back within 10 business days and clearly it has been well over that time period. Now my credit card period has closed so I have to pay for two orders of drapes when I only have one. Again today I can't get anyone on the phone and have to call periodically throughout the day. No one ever calls back if you leave a message.

If I don't get my refund soon I'm going to have to talk to my credit card company. It is obvious that they say you can return products in 30 days but who knows if and when you will ever receive your money back!
