As most people, any kind of surgery is unsettling. However my personal experience was far from unsettling. From the first phone call, plus all the extensive research done before the call... I knew I was making the best decision for myself. My story is a bit different but let's just say this was my 3rd breast surgery within 3 years with the first two being a nightmare. So let's start with the staff. From the first day I went there I was treated as if I'd been there a million times. Then I got to meet who now I feel like he's my saving grace, Dr. Resin!!! He is more than a doctor as if that's not enough.... he's an artist! My appointment with him was very informative and there was zero questioning that this man knew what he was talking about. After going home and talking to my husband I was soon on the phone scheduling my surgury. Before surgery i had to come back to meet with the nuse to go over all the important information for preparing for the big day, she was great, very friendly and very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions ... now onto the day of surgery. I walking in to the hospital expecting well the typical hospital look. However that was not the case, the waiting room was very comforting. They offered non patients coffee and I believe soft drinks. Once I was called back, I was taken to MY room. Which I thought was so nice. The nurses were perfect, answering my 101 questions that randomly came to thought. Once I was done getting ready they allowed my husband to come back to my room to be with me until it was time for surgery. Dr.Resin came in we talked about what he was going to do again, answered my questions and soon I was on my to the surgery. After waking up I just remember the nurses were extremely attentive to my needs or mostly wants.... I saw Dr. Resin once again and soon I was one my way home. Recovery was good, of course there was pain but I am now 1 week and 5 days from surgery and feel pretty darn good. I went back to work a week after surgery. There is so much that is so important that I could elaborate on but the most important thing I can tell u is Dr. Resin is an extremely talented doctor and I am so greatfull to call him my doctor. I know this is a long review however when I was doing my research this was what I wanted to read.
So Dr. Resin if you happen to read this review again I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
