I came to Star Plastic Surgery to meet with Dr. Ellen Ozolins after a friend of mine had a "mommy makeover" done with her. Dr. Ozolins exceeded my expectations on a surgeon and I cannot be more pleased. I was very nervous coming to see her since of course altering your body can be a big deal. When I got to the office though, I was met with pure professionalism and comfort. I started the journey with Dolores, plastic surgery specialist, and she was an absolute joy to work with. She was full of energy and very encouraging for the things I wanted/needed. She also went over costs and payments with me and made sure I was getting the very best deal I could get. Dr. Ozolins met with me after that and answered ALL of my questions with confidence. On the day of surgery Dr. Ozolins met with me before hand to explain again what we were doing and made sure I was comfortable and understood. After surgery I was checked on and when I would call with any questions they were answered promptly. I will never use anyone else for any of my plastic surgery needs and would recommend them to anyone I know!
