Lawn Tech provides the service of a lawn care program designed to help in the elimination of lawn and landscape weeds and pest along with fertilization. We take great effort in making this clear to our customers. Our program consist of multiple applications through out the year targeted at different weeds and pest for the optimal control. Certain weeds,like Dallis grass can only be treated effectively while the temperatures are consistently high. On top of that the EPA took the most effective product off the market leaving lawn care companies only a few other options in controlling Dallis grass. Those options are a much slower process of elimination using slower acting chemicals spread out of a much longer time period or spot treating with a non selective herbicide (Round Up) and leaving dead spots in the area for several weeks. Again we take great effort in explaining this to our customers. The most important part of a good lawn care program we stress to customers is it is a "program" and there are no quick or one time treatments that will result in spectacular results.
