AccuWebHosting has been a great host for me. I started my first WordPress site with them and have had no issues installing and enabling any plug-in that I've wanted to use. The uptime seems to be good as well, I've never noticed my site offline nor have I had any visitors mention issues. I've only talked with a customer service rep once, which was during initial setup, and the online chat rep handled the issue quickly.
