I had an issue with emails taking too long to reach my inbox. I emailed customer service about my issue and they fixed it right away.
What was particularly awesome is that most other places if I say "Hey I'm having problem X" and describe the error and how it happened in detail usually the first email will be asking me what the problem was and to describe the error in detail.
