GoGreen was great in responding to concerns from the city. They did seem very oriented towards California standards and didn't understand why another state wouldn't want the wording "Installed per California code" on the permit. But after a few exchanges it all worked out well.
Their tech people were fairly responsive and answered most of my questions.
