review Order and initial install
Placing the order went very nicely due to Steve's responsiveness to questions on the product. Since the order was placed (and paid for), the plans took over a month to get (which caused me to reschedule my sub contractors. Getting answers to my questions on the plans was rather slow and incomplete.
On the plus side, some of the Go Green team have been very responsive and quick. But not all the team.
In reviewing the documentation, much it it was hard to decipher because there are at least three product manufacturers (IronRidge, Gigawatt, APS microinverters). Each of the products has multiple configurations based on what other products use so teasing apart what applied to my set of products was not easy. Suggestion: GoGreen should make a simplified unified instruction (and don't tell me they already have that because you don't).
It is concerning that the order did not contain all the parts (which was blamed on the IronRidge software). But when asked if the rest of the order was correct, I never received a reply.
I will reserve a more complete response when the solar array is complete and running.
