My experiences ordering from GoGreenSolar.com have been generally fine; I have no complaints about them. There was one time when the particular item we needed was out of stock, but that wasn't a customer service issue, it was just a supply issue and really not their fault. I'll certainly be ordering from them again when I need solar products. In fact, GoGreenSolar.com carries one item that I've found it hard to locate elsewhere. It's a SnapNRack Critter Guard; it helps keep animals from getting under the panel and chewing on the wires. It's an easy-to-use product, and like I said, other companies don't usually have it. I'd recommend GoGreenSolar.com to folks who need solar supplies.
