They were great until my install was complete. It was then that I found out that I can't monitor my system correctly unless i pay them for another component and install it. I was told that I may be actually paying the utility for the power I'm producing (my first bill since install was much higher than any I had ever revived), but there's no way to know without paying them even more money. I was informed that I have a bad microinvertor already, but I couldn't know that unless I pay more money either. Then I was informed that I may not qualify for the SREC program, although I was promised I would before I signed the contract. Now they won't return my emails. Stay away from go green.
