I had a $200 order, 50 of which was shipping which was later added to in the amount of $28 extra in shipping which ended up being canceled without any personal notification by the company well over a month after placing the order.

Nationwide candy had several Body Armor drink flavors I couldn't find anywhere else. These are our new favorite workout drinks and I purchased a case of each. The product came out to $152 and was on par with Taldepot except with the unusual flavors. However, the shipping was $48 bucks. I took the hit, even with every other store offering free shipping after a certain price-point, and took it as the price of getting exclusive flavors.

Over two weeks goes by and I get an email around the time I expected to be actually getting my drinks in the mail. The email states that the shipping calculation did not account for dimentional pricing and they asked for another $28 bucks, bringing the total shipping to $76 freaking dollars. Outrageous! At this point I had already dug in and wanted what I ordered.

Another two weeks goes by and I call them, asking where my product is. The woman weaves a story about how their typical provider didn't have the product, so they have to go to another provider and that provider had to get them out of a shipping container from another provider and it should only be two more weeks. I asked if it was two weeks from my order, two weeks from the extra shipping, or two weeks from now. They stated it'd be two weeks from now, indicating that I'd get it around mid-April. Unbelievable!

Then a week later, they just up and cancel my order. A full refund, thankfully, but an automated message to cancel a $200+ order because they did not have a product they advertised (All of which are STILL on their site!) after over a month of waiting is utterly ridiculous.

I will never buy from this company again.
