I've ordered from this company about three times. Every time I made an order it took about 3 weeks to receive my product. The shipping was extremely expensive and the product was always late. After I'd pay for the product "Baked Flaming Hots" they'd email me stating the item was on backorder. If an item is on backorder the customer should know this before purchasing. The last time I ordered a month had gone by and I still did not receive my product, so I canceled the order and was finally refunded. No apologizes, etc. Poor customer service. I will not purchase anything else from this company at all.
