I placed an order on 9/17/16. After doing so I received a confirmation email. Approximately 2 days later I received another email telling me some of my items are back ordered, which is understandable when ordering items that are not produced on a mass scale anymore. A month went by and I emailed asking for an update to which they said it would be 6-8 weeks due to back order. Again I said it would be ok but here it is 8 months after placing my order and I have not received a single item yet. I emailed customer service and am still waiting for a response. This is a poor way to treat customers.
