Won't be back
Unfortunate we won't be back to make another purchase. As a large company looking for specific items that Nationwide Candy stocked, we made an order via the website. They shipped out some of the items (others they omitted). The issue is that they did not reflect shipping cost with only shipping half the order. We feel like the shipping should of been lowered if we're only receiving half the order. When we inquired we were told "Shipping charges did not change by cutting the order". We didn't believe that so we went back to the website and put in just the items we received and noted that the shipping charges were MUCH cheaper just on the items we received. We gave them the opportunity to correct the issue (we understand is something is sold out/backordered/etc.), however you need to INFORM your customer of this, and don't over-charge on shipping if your not going to ship a full order. We won't be back!
