Evo Spa has fantastic beauty products, clothing, PJs, etc. They are high-end so most of their products can be found elsewhere and at a bargain. I had beautiful facials and a massage at this spa.

Now for the bad news. I bought many products at this spa. A month ago I purchased a bracelet at the counter. It wasn't expensive, and I bought 3 of them. The nice woman behind the counter places it on my wrist. When I got home, took off my jacket, I then noticed they fell off my wrist. I went back the next day and told them what happened. I was told by the manager "oh well," you must not have worn it correctly. I made the mistake of agreeing and bought two more. It took less than two days before they fell off my wrist again. The clasp was just too clumsy. When I spoke to the manager again, I asked if she could please contact the company because I wasted close to $100.00. At this point, it was another "Oh well." I noticed that the items were not on the counter anymore. When I asked her about the item and whether they were returned she said: "they are flying out like hotcakes, we are ordering more." I've stopped by several times in the past few weeks and did not see the bracelets. Could it be she was not honest with me? I've been trying to contact the owner. Her phone number and email are impossible to find. Many other wonderful spa and massages in Mill Valley elsewhere without the attitude.
