Where do I start, even before I bought the account in the process of it they were rude, and took forever to reply, two weeks later my account gets banned, buying insurance is not worth it especially when you get banned for selling/buying the account and they only say it's your fault because YOU had to do something in game to flag it, which really makes no sense after I told them what happened but guess what it was still my fault!! When I kept asking what was going to happen, good ol Tyler kept dodging my question with "oh you did something to flag it" after I told him like three to four times what I did and anything that could have possibly "flagged" it. I honestly do not know how he or this company is still up and running simply because the customer service is just that bad in my opinion I was their customer and they did nothing to help me, no refund, or store credit, and all for a ban that was caused by them of SELLING AND BUYING is that what their company does? Their "life time warranty" and "insurance" is a scam. Please consider this because I am not the only review that has had them pulled something like this before where when something wrong happens you have no one but yourself to blame, but if you do good luck.
