I have purchased at least 8 AccountWarehouse leveled LoL smurfs over the years and I can say while they have not used to level the smurfs by hand 3 years ago (which sometimes got them banned shortly after) they do in fact have humans leveling them for sure now. This is one of the most important steps in buying a LoL smurf as most websites will have a bot leveling them and Riot has gotten better at detecting it. I have suggested to multiple friends to use these guys and none of them have had any problems either. I have not bought an account that was previously owned by someone else here but I can say you for sure will get what you pay for here
