Requested a refund and was denied

I ordered an account and requested a refund shortly after placing the order. Unfortunately due to it being through email and not a live chat request they didn't see it before the information was sent and now my refund has been denied. There should be a better way of communicating

You agreed to our terms of service and refund policy whenever you made the purchase. You requested a refund 15 minutes after the account information had been sent out. Due to the nature of the virtual goods you received, a refund is not possible once you have the account information. I am sorry you feel that you received 1 star service but you received exactly what you paid for and your case was handled exactly as the terms you agreed to stated.
