I purchase an WOW account from these guys few years back and the account was reclaimed back by the original owner. The owner changed the email linked to the account so they have no way to get it back. I sent email to the support they said they can do nothing but give my a $60 store credit (it's pretty much telling you to GGF). I spent $700 to purchase it and so much time into the account that I value much more than $700. No one want your stupid credit. I spent so much time into the account to collect pets and mounts and raise alts. Apparently they refund you based on your account's status at the time it's purchased and its value in the current version, no matter how much you spent into it.
