Avenue Appliance Store has always made customers their priority! I chose them because of their follow-up and committment to their customers - even after they leave the store. I have used them a few times but one time in particular really stands out. I have a rental and I got all new appliances from Avenue Appliance Store - Kitchen & Home Appliances. Everything was fine and great, as always, but ya know... every now and again, stuff happens. Well, I had a fridge that really ended up having some difficult repairs. Not only did they do the groundwork of getting me the correct contact person (that can take forever!!), but they stayed involved with me while I had to deal with this. They checked back and followed up with me in a way no appliance store ever has. Faith in particular really takes the time to connect with customers. They really look out for, and value every customer. Personally, I feel that it's times things don't always go exactly right that really test the strength of a company. How do they treat you when the chips are down? Well, Avenue Appliance is wonderful. I love is their honesty and integrity. I was asking about a toaster once and they had never used it. Instead of just saying whatever, Gerry was honest with me and said that he wasn't sure how it worked. He went out and bought a loaf of bread just to try out this toaster for me. That's how they are. They will test and honestly review their appliances right there in front of you. Can't beat that!!
