When the pump on our one year old LG washing machine quit working, I researched our options so I would not need to purchase another new washing machine every year. We have a Miele vacuum and it has done an outstanding job so I looked into a Miele washer and dryer set as well. Upon speaking with Jerry at Avenue Appliances, I was confident that these appliances would meet the demands of my family. Jerry mentioned that they had the same washing machine at home and it works so well that it actually removed set in stains that had been there for years. I was dubious of this, but the reviews for the machine were all very positive and I purchased it knowing that it would do a sufficient job for my needs. The set has exceeded my expectations. Not only does the washing machine gently and thoroughly wash my clothes, it did in fact remove set in stains from my daughter's clothing that had been there for months (without any stain treatment). Both the washer and dryer run quietly and smoothly and are more gentle on our clothes than any other set we have ever had.

Jerry provided great service without any pressure to purchase and when we undergo our much anticipated kitchen renovation we will be buying all of our appliances from Avenue Appliances.
