Purchased a Miele dishwasher from Avenue Appliances in January. David was a pleasure to deal with and I found him to be honest and knowledgeable about the products during my initial visit. When I went back, other staff stepped up to help me, go over all the features while David was helping other clients and then politely handed me over to him to finalize the sale. I left feeling great about my purchase decision. But the great experience did not stop there, their delivery person, Jason was awesome, called beforehand, showed up on time, easily brought the dishwasher in and made sure it was all in good order (even provided floor protection). Their installer Keith was exceptional, really knew the install tricks for older homes, walked me thru all the operating features, was a wealth of “dishwasher” knowledge and I never felt he was rushing to his next job. Dealing with a small family run business was a pleasure and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to support an amazing Edmonton business.
