Eveyone we have recommended Avenue Appliance Store - Kitchen & Home Appliances to agrees with us that they are, hands down, the best. David at Avenue, who we have dealt with is wonderful. All our appliances have worked. We had one water leak which turned out to be a filter. They fixed it right away, no problem, and there wasn't any water damage. Right now, I have a grill that keeps popping off but I know as soon as I call they'll come by to fix it and show me how it pops back in. That's one of the things I love about this company, they are so responsive if anything goes wrong. They are local and involved in the community, which we also like. David is just so much fun to deal with. We talk about our dogs together, sharing stories. That's what bonds people. As far as the appliances go, we bought a Miele dual-fuel range and were just so happy about that. David asked us a lot of questions about how and what we like to cook and made the suggestion for dual fuel. We've also got a Miele vacuum that we bought from David. When it came time to choose a refrigerator, David again asked a lot of questions about our storage needs. We are very European and buy fresh produce every day to eat. He suggested that we didn't need the big fancy Miele refrigerator and recommended a smaller model made by Fisher and Paykel. He integrated everything with our designers, took all the measurements, and took care of everything for us. They even put the Redl cabinetry door on the refrigerator so it blends seamlessly. We haven't looked back. Everything is perfect and all under warranty. Give our give our best to Avenue. We love their demos and they have stayed in touch.
