I find them very accommodating and haven't had any bad experiences with them ever. I've used them for years. Last year we bought a Miele dishwasher from them. Now I'm in there every two months or so to stock up on the dishwasher products they supply, the salt for the dishwasher and other Miele dishwashing products.
