The staff was very knowledgeable about the product. They didn't just read the information from the internet and relay the message like some of the big box stores do. They actually understood exactly how the product worked and didn't try to sell us something we did not need or want. This is the first time I have shopped here and will never shop at another big box store for appliances ever again. I have found a store that seems to care about the client not just another sale. I just wish we had found them sooner.
