I had a simple project. I bought a wine fridge from Avenue Appliance Store - Kitchen & Home Appliances. After it was installed, I didn't particularly like it because it was noisy. One of the sales guys said well, that's just the way it is. Steve jumped up and said he'd take it back for full price and let me trade it in for a higher quality unit. Steve even came out to the house twice to hear the noise I was referring to. They went above and beyond the norm for sure. I've already recommended Avenue Appliance Store - Kitchen & Home Appliances.
