Faith & David,

I would like you both to know how wonderful it was to deal with you in selecting and purchasing 5 appliances for my kitchen reno. As Faith knows my reno took a turn when I decided to do the entire main floor, instead of just the kitchen.....so the time frame went totally out of whack! And I was the general contractor! Faith, you were so astonishing gracious in holding the 2 appliances I ordered ages ago (ha!). And so pleasant to deal with, you are a gem! And David, the quality of service you provided was efficient, communicative, and good-natured. Chatting on the phone with you was a joy, you have the nicest voice.

I will certainly tell anyone needing appliances to ‘check u out’.

The appliances are so very cool! The oven is dreamy. Don’t know how to operate 3 of them yet (ha!). Spent 15 min on the induction to find out it was my pan, which I assumed would be ok (more research and shopping).
