We have done business with Avenue Appliance Store - Kitchen & Home Appliances several times. We recently purchased a gas range from them. The sales staff is very friendly, pleasant and most helpful. However, there have been multiple issues since we made the purchase. It has been about a year and the gas range itself does not act like any normal type of range should. Even though they had service people come out to look it over, there are always excuses. There has never been a rational explanation for the odd things it has been doing. Not one person gave the offer to replace it or to resend one from the manufacturer. None of the technicians have offered to look into warranties for us either. It is tricky when it comes to thinking about using them again. There were no issues in the past, but this has changed things now. I guess my using them again will depend if this issue gets resolved or not.
