Had WW over five years , two times I asked for help , their insurance co said not covered. After WW does a good job quoting and getting your contract, if you file a claim it’s through their insurance carrier, Not WW and they haven’t been much help to us so far. We have their best rv policy, $100 deductible. Thankfully we haven’t had any big rv issues, but hopefully they would be more responsive if we do. We went with WW based on good reviews. Realistically nowadays, there are few good RV repair companies or mobile services. They have long leadtime, part supply and poorly trained techs, and they are not interested in preparing quotes for the warranty repair company, we are lucky to even get the part fixed in a timely manner. All this leads to frustration in the repair , warranty claim process.
I am glad it seems there are many here having good outcomes in rv/appliance repairs.
