Excellent experience with WW as the broker for Viking. For any clarification of coverage and claim assistance WW customer rep Bobby Ortiz was most helpful .
WW selected Viking extended warranty to cover our one year old 2015 Renegade Explorer. We have had two or three claims submitted to Viking which were promptly addressed and paid directly. WW also provides a customer service rep Bobby Ortiz who has assisted with the claim procedure.
