The Maytag residential refrigerator in our 2013 Dutch Star began to leak refrigerant. The leak could not be pinpointed or repaired by injecting a sealant so replacement was the only option. When your refrigerator goes, timely replacement is key. The only reliable RV repair facility near us that could do the job (R&R through the dining side or driver's window) charged a rate Viking deemed too high. They paid $1200.00 of the labor cost but I had to kick in another $500. So be ready to pay up when you need something NOW (couldn't get into Newmar for four months). Viking has been very responsive with every repair we have had. Happy with the service.
