We have had 2 claims since our rig has been out of warranty and WW has been easy to work with on both. We had a fridge that needed repair (not replacement) and the front jacks on our 5th wheel were sagging due to a slow leak. Both situations took some diagnostic time to figure out, and WW paid for the diagnosis and repairs, minus our agreed-upon deductible. Basically, it's exactly what we hoped we were getting --- fair reimbursement on covered failures. So, we're happy we chose WW and are comfortable recommending them.
